REFUND POLICY

Service (transaction-based) Refund Policy:

Our refund policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds. The refund amount will be processed within 48 hours or may take longer depending on the refund circumstances. For no-shows, refunds will be processed after receiving reimbursement from airlines/telecom operators/partners, with deductions for airline cancellation charges and KTSCLICK's service charges. Refunds will be issued in the form of e-money (wallet limit) in your portal, not directly to your bank account, debit/credit card.

Air Asia, Air Arabia, Tiger Airways tickets are fully non refundable and no refund will be issued against the cancellation of such tickets.

In case of partial cancellation the refund process takes up to 90 days depending upon the airlines.

For failed prepaid Mobile & Dth Recharge, the refund amount will be credited back to your wallet within 7-10 working days.

In some cases, refunds may take longer, depending on the telecom operator’s processing time. We will endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible.

For failed banking (AEPS) transactions the amount will be refunded from the issuer bank within 5 working days as per RBI Guidelines.

In case of your shipment is lost/damages during shipping total freight cost will be refunded to your wallet.

For cancelled shipment(s) a full refund will be credited back to your wallet within 7-10 business days.

In some cases, refunds may take longer, depending on the associate courier partner processing time. We will endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible.

 2. Requesting a Refund

2.1 Notification:

  • To initiate a refund request, visit the Refund tab on your portal and provide accurate details, including the correct refund amount. You may also upload supporting documentation (e.g., images) to facilitate processing. Please note that incomplete or incorrect submissions will result in rejection. Ensure all information is precise to avoid delays. You can also contact our Support Team for any assistance regarding this. If your refund reason isn't listed, email us at care@ktsclickworld.com for further guidance.
  • Refund requests should be submitted within the specified timeframe outlined in the service agreement or terms and conditions.

2.2 Assessment:

  • Once a refund request is received, our team will review the information provided to assess its validity and eligibility for a refund.
  • We may request additional information or clarification to facilitate the evaluation process.

 3.    Refund Processing

3.1 Refund Decisions:

  • Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion, based on the assessment of the refund request and compliance with the terms and conditions of the service.
  • We will notify the client of the refund decision and the amount approved for refund, if applicable.

3.2 Refund Methods:

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  • Refunds may be subject to deductions for any applicable fees or charges incurred during the refund process.

3.3 Refund Timeframe:

  • The time required to process a refund may vary depending on factors such as the payment method, financial institution processing times, and the complexity of the refund request.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to process refunds promptly and keep the client informed about the status of their refund.

4.    Dispute Resolution

  • If a client is dissatisfied with a refund decision, they may contact our customer support team to discuss the matter further.
  • We are committed to resolving any disputes or concerns in a fair and amicable manner.

5.    Changes to the Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the Refund Policy will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website or through other appropriate communication channels.

 

6. Return policy for Courier Service

Eligible items: In case of receiving damaged/defective courier items, returns are accepted in the following conditions:

    i) Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

    ii) Notification must be sent within 3 days of receiving the order via email to care@ktsclickworld.com.

The courier partner will examine the returned item and notify the customer via email regarding eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

2. Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

3. Personal care goods (beauty products)

 

Franchise Refund Policy:

The Franchise Fee is a one-time (may be part-payment/installment option available), non-refundable payment for registration and/or activation of your opt services /products, confirming your agreement to our terms. Upon successful payment, services are considered activated, and a unique agency code is generated after completion of all verification process. All payments are final, and any refund requests will not be entertained. By proceeding, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms, understanding no refunds/adjustments will be made. Booking orders can only be replaced with new products/services is subject to company policy & applicable schemes and company management’s discretion.

To avoid forfeiture, full payment must be cleared within 30 days from the initial payment date. Failure to meet this deadline will result in franchise/service activation being withheld, and the paid amount will be forfeited. We emphasize the importance of timely payments to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

KTSCLICK does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.

You also acknowledge that through this Site, KTSCLICK merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate highest quality services to you. KTSCLICK is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore, KTSCLICK shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline, travel/tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency) you shall engage or hire or appoint pursuant to or resulting from, the material available in this Site.

KTSCLICK will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of this Site.

Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary contained elsewhere herein or otherwise at law, KTSCLICK’s liability (whether by way of indemnification to you or otherwise) shall be restricted to a maximum of INR 1000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).
